RDS Athletics

Hibiscus Coast Athletics has joined with Rodney District Sports to continue summer athletics for the community at Metro Park Millwater.

Athletics will be held on Wednesday evenings in two sessions -

4:45pm - 5:30pm for all members aged 4 - 7 years.

5:00pm - 6:30pm for all members aged 8-17 years

This year the season starts on Wednesday 1st November 2023, running through to Wednesday 20th March 2024.

There is a recess over the Christmas period. Our last evening for 2023 will be 13th December. and our first meeting for 2024 will be 31st January.

This seasons fee is

• $65 for 4 - 7 year olds

• $80 for 8 - 17 year olds

which provides sponsored affiliation to NZ Athletics. 

Rodney District Sports (RDS) philosophy is to make sport available and accessable, to the communities children and youth, for the minimum financial outlay. The club has a large and growing membership from the Hibiscus Coast suburbs, Wainui, Helensville, Kaukapkapa and Diary Flat.

RDS is 100% run and administered by volunteers from the community. These people who give their time, together with sponsors support, make this a reality.
