RDS Athletics is held on Wednesday's at Metro Park, Millwater over Terms 4 & 1.

This is a fun, in-house community athletics programme focussed on developing skills and giving an introduction to athletics. This season the club will not be particpating in outside events.

Athletics is held on Wednesday evenings in two sessions -

4:30pm - 5:30pm for all members aged 4 - 7 years $80

5:00pm - 6:30pm for all members aged 8-17 years $100

? Season Dates:

• Start: 22nd October – 3rd December 2025
• Break: Holiday pause
• Restart: 4th February – 25th March 2026

Rodney District Sports (RDS) philosophy is to make sport available and accessable, to the communities children and youth, for the minimum financial outlay. The club has a large and growing membership from the Hibiscus Coast suburbs, Wainui, Helensville, Kaukapkapa and Diary Flat.

RDS is 100% run and administered by volunteers from the community. These people who give their time, together with sponsors support, make this a reality.
