RDS is proud to bring Summer Football back to Metro Park!

Dates: Thursday 9th October - 18th December 2025

• For ages 8yrs and above
• All teams must provide their own referee for half the game
• 7-a-side
• Junior goals with Goal Keepers

Key Information

2 games each week

• 4:30pm start for 9/10 grade
• 5:30pm start for 11/12 grade
• 6:30pm start for youth/seniors
• 7-a-side (Rolling substitutions)
• Matches will be 12 minutes each way with instant turn around (juniors) 20 minutes each way for youth and seniors
• Games commence on the sounding of the ‘Hooter’. The ‘Hooter’ will sound for half-time, which is a straight turnaround with no stoppage

Important: Teams must have an IDENTICAL coloured shirt (NO RDS KITS!) Bibs will be provided should there be a clash
